Google Just launched its latest twits on search engines with their new SearchWiki. Google is allowing registered users to customize their search results by allowing them to move sites up or down in the search results. As of right now any changes you make will olny be visible to you in your Google accounts. Although comments made on sites in search wiki can be viewed by anyone.
