		<description>I have a friend that writes one or two haikus every morning to clear his mind. I found the blogging exercise that these people do interesting in Onore ni Katsu fashion, they keep their own forces alert, they see what's outside there and they know they are alive.</description>

		<description>You can both learn from a blog and make money at the same time - doing one does not mean you can not do the other. With my blog i am constantly learning new things and incorporating them into my work and sites.

Blogging could be a high level place to start in social media. Although it does force you to learn very quickly.</description>
